(2) Drivelines: We offer a choice between Volvo and Cummins power which achieves national level 3 (EU3) emission standard, with strong drive power and good weather-resistance.
(3) Transmission: Using originally imported DANA3600 or TE27 transmission, gear shifting obtains smoothness and high efficiency.
(4) Drive axle: Originally imported Kessler axle specially designed for heavy trucks with wet disc brakes, can undertake continuous operation in poor working conditions, and be maintenance-free.
(5) Hydraulic system: American Parker hydraulic system with high efficiency and fuel economy. The innovative design of self-cleaning hydraulic cooling system, extends the interval between oil changes, and reduces the total cost of the machine ownership. Advanced techniques such as load sensing, dual pump converging, and small flow under high pressure are applied to save energy and reduce the cost.
(6) Electronic controlling system: We choose the CAN-bus system from 3B6 (Italia), The system offers a high control precision and can be updated on line. The function can be extended and parameters can be modified. Intelligent loading safety system and fault diagnosis system improved maintainability.
