The ZD160TS-3 is a medium-and-low horsepower bulldozer developed by our company on the basis of ZD160T bulldozer and with the reference of the advanced technologies at home and abroad, and is widely used in various engineering constructions such as energy, transportation, building, mining, municipal engineering and farmland water conservancy. A variety of working devices can be configured on it to meet the user needs; what’s more, its superior cost performance makes its application range more widely.
For the powertrain of this machine, we adopt the WD10G178E25 diesel engine with strong power from Weichai Power Co., Ltd. A turbocharger is provided, thus no adjustment is required when working at a plateau below 3,000 m. The altitude turbocharged engine can also be provided to meet the user’s demand on operation at high altitude area above 4,000 m.
The internationally popular toggle control is adopted, with those control levers for steering & braking, gearshift and hand throttle control integrated at left hand and those for dozer blade and ripper at right hand, making the overall unit layout better suitable for man-machine engineering and greatly improving the handling comfort.
The hexahedral steel enclosed cab installed on ZD160TS-3 provides wide vision and can be equipped with roll over protection system and air conditioning system (cool/heat) as required by users. The elastic damping device is applied for the cab mounting surrounded by absorbent materials, which, plus the sealing effect of the interior materials, make the noise inside the cab reduced significantly.
